FROM THERE TO HERE
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGN and PHOTOGRAPHY for a self-initiated project. Inspired by how objects are seen as less valuable once open or used, I wanted to explore how to bring value and meaning could to the repeated use of an object.
The bag is made from two layers, a outer image layer made from paper, and a hidden inner layer filled with text made from canvas. As the user wears the bag, the outer layer gets increasingly worn until the text is revealed, rewarding the user with a new-found narrative.
